  • Online only: All sessions will be recorded so that you can watch when it is convenient for you.

  • Supportive materials: Self-assessment tools, journaling prompts, and email support to help you design what your future will look like.

  • Accountability partner: If desired, Actionable Living will pair you with another participants for mutual support, goal-setting, and motivation.

  • Daily/Weekly check-ins: Daily/Weekly email reminders and goal tracking.

  • Ongoing feedback loops: Providing feedback on progress, reassessing goals, and offering encouragement.
